OPTION A - Garlic & thyme roasted chicken, squash risotto, charred spring onions and sage.
OPTION B - Baked aubergine, potato & puy lentil dahl, tender stem broccoli and paneer (V) (VE - served without paneer for vegan attendees)

Parking
The hotel does not have onsite parking. There is the NCP car park on Oxford Street, you can pre book a space for this car park online at:

There is also the Palace Theatre car park as an option too.
Public Transport
The hotel is set in the heart of the city centre with excellent tram and rail links in and out of the city. Oxford Street train station is directly opposite the Hotel.

USEFUL INFORMATION FROM THE EVENT ORGANISER
- Pre-dinner drinks and cocktails in the Whitworth Suite from 6pm.
- Strict dress code. Smart evening wear only.
- Please ensure you’ve arrived at the venue and are ready to be called to dine by 6:45pm.
- We won’t be able to accommodate any special dietary requests which haven't been submitted prior to the event, all specific requirements must be communicated via the booking form and by the deadline.
- If any young children are attending from your society you may like to know that the youth awards will be presented during the first half of the presentations should you wish for any younger members of your party to leave early.
- Only guests who’ve booked and paid to dine may attend any part of the event.
- The disco will finish at 1am.
- No tickets will be issued, a confirmation email will be sent to your society contact on receipt of your booking & payment.
